• Creating multiple fake accounts to exploit free trial credits is strictly prohibited. Our system uses automated device hashing to prevent trial abuse.

2. Service Usage & Credit System

• Testclap AI provides AI-assisted exam preparation materials, previous paper retrievals (RAG), and daily live tests.
• Questions generated are powered by AI models trained on standard exam patterns. While we strive for maximum precision, users should cross-reference official syllabus guidelines.
• Practice credits are consumed upon question generation or test submissions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform design, branding, software code, logos, and proprietary AI workflows belong exclusively to Testclap AI. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or redistribution is strictly forbidden.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating our terms, engaging in unauthorized bot activities, or exploiting credit mechanisms.
